Refine it together
Change lodges, pace or length until it’s right. There’s no charge for planning.
Confirm with a deposit
A 35% deposit and written confirmation secure your trip. We then buy permits and reserve lodges.
Pay the balance
The balance is due 60 days before you travel (or in full if you book within 60 days).
Get your travel pack
Permit copies, final itinerary, packing list and your guide’s contact details before you fly.

The deposit is not refundable. Permits follow the issuing authority’s own refund rules.

How do I pay?
Securely online through Pesapal, using a card or mobile money. All prices are in US dollars. Your invoice shows the exact amount due.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The 35% deposit is non-refundable because it pays for permits and lodge reservations made on your behalf. We strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover.
Can prices change after I book?
If parks authorities raise permit or entry fees before your balance is paid, the increase may be passed on. We tell you as soon as we know.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes, with our written agreement, plus any costs already incurred such as non-transferable permits.
